Strong Pro Performance Sequential Synthesizer The Sequential Pro 3 is a versatile synthesizer with a premium Fatar 37-note semi-weighted keyboard, three oscillators, three classic analog filters, a powerful 16-track sequencer, and the ability to connect with modular synths via four control voltage ins and outs. The Sequential Pro 3 is a unique synth, but its three traditional analog filters are what really distinguishes it. The Pro 3’s filter section includes a 4-pole, 24dB/octave lowpass filter from the Prophet-6, a classic 4-pole, 24dB/octave transistor ladder filter with variable resonance, and a 2-pole, 12dB/octave state-variable OB-6 filter that can be varied continuously between lowpass, notch, and highpass operation, with an optional bandpass mode. 3 powerful oscillators. The magic begins with three oscillators: two analog VCOs and a digital wavetable. The analog oscillators produce three basic wave shapes: triangle, saw, and pulse, each with a different shape modulation/pulse width. The DSP-based digital oscillator generates 32 wavetables of 16 waves each with wave morphing, as well as standard sine, triangle, saw, variable-width pulse, and supersaw waveforms. Additionally, digital oscillator 3 may be used as an LFO for complicated wavetable-based modulation. That is the sound of inevitability. CV I/O & Gate Out The Pro 3 has four control voltage (CV) inputs and outputs for connecting to modular synthesizers and other CV-compatible devices. Oscillators, LFOs, envelopes, sequencer tracks, and any other source inside the Modulation matrix may be delivered as parameters to CV outputs. Sequential has also included a Gate Out feature for activating external CV-compatible devices. Any CV input may function as a gate input. LFOs, envelopes, feedback, and distortion. The Pro 3 has three sync-able LFOs, each having five waveforms (triangle, saw, reverse saw, square, and S&H), phase offset, and slew rate. There are four ADSR envelopes: VCA, Filter, and two Auxiliary. Envelopes may be flexibly assigned to various modulation locations and have the ability to repeat or loop.
