They are ideal for coordination, sprint, jump and agility training. Using several hurdles you can build a parcours. They are suitable for all age groups. The hurdles are white and approximately 70cm in width. Ideal for high intensity training, where setup time is important – and coaches and players don't wish to pick up their hurdles often.
